Hey everyone I have been dealing with a lot of depression and anxiety lately and have wanted to give up multiple different times well back in 2022 my husband was severely stabbed 6 times by a machete knife and it kills me every time I see the place I have to go by just to even go to my doctor's office it hurts me so much ugh this pain is unbearable some days and it's hard to get through most days

When Your Heart Is Broken

When you are sad, discouraged or brokenhearted, it’s human nature to reach out to a friend for comfort. Somehow, just telling someone who cares about you seems to make things a little better. It doesn’t mean your faith in God is diminished because you reached out for human comfort. There’s nothing wrong with sharing your troubles and receiving support from earthly friends. In fact, the Bible encourages it. But don’t replace God’s comfort for that of others, because the comfort that God provides is so much more satisfying than anything a friend on earth can provide.
